Terms and Conditions
Any person who places an order with Gephart's 3D Photo Services must understand the following Terms and Conditions.
Gephart's 3D Photo Services will perform graphic services for client pursuant to proposals and/or written specification agreed to between client and the company on a work-for-hire basis.
Gephart's 3D Photo Services offers 2D into 3D Image conversion services for private individuals and does not allow images Converted by this company to be resold for profit. Gepharts 3D Photo Services holds the copyright to any and all images produced by this company, and a signed consent form must be obtained before 3D images are used by any third party or for any use other than private viewing.
Gephart's 3D Photo Services customers must agree and acknowledge the following:

All sales are final.

Gephart's 3D Photo Services reserves the right to refuse to do business with any customer for any reason.

Gephart's 3D Photo Services reserves the right to refuse to work on images its staff judges inappropriate, such as pornography and/or photos of gratuitous violence and/or photos of illegal acts.

All transactions will be governed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and federal copyright laws, as appropriate.
Fees
The client shall pay all fees as incurred for the 2D into 3D conversion services. Payment shall be made through PayPal. If any payment is not made as agreed, the company has the right to withhold the finished product.
If Gephart's 3D Photo Services is holding any property that belongs to a client who has not paid as agreed, the company will return the client's personal property but has the right to refuse to undertake additional work.
Term and Termination
This agreement shall remain in effect until completion of all assigned projects. Client may terminate the relationship with Gepharts 3D Photo Services at any time with an e-mail to Gepharts3D@gmail.com
Upon termination of the Gepharts 3D Photo Services engagement, client shall pay Gepharts 3D Photo Services all unpaid charges incurred prior to the termination of the relationship. No Refund will be offered unless service has not been started.
Confidentiality
Gepharts 3D Photo Services and client agree that any and all information identified by the other as confidential and/or proprietary, or which a reasonable third party would recognize as confidential or proprietary, will not be disclosed to any third person without the express written consent of the other party.
Privacy
Gepharts 3D Photo Services will not sell, distribute, reveal, or otherwise make available any customer information to any party outside the company. Should we need to contact you directly regarding your specific account or service, we will do so via e-mail or phone.
Website Use Restrictions
All materials displayed on this website are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. The materials displayed on this website may not be copied, displayed elsewhere, or modified without the written consent of Gepharts 3D Photo Services. Unauthorized use may result in civil and criminal penalties.
The company does not grant permission to download, reproduce and/or distribute the materials used on this site for any purpose other than to support the marketing of the services of Gepharts 3D Photo Services.
Limitation of Liability
Gepharts 3D Photo services cannot be held responsible for a lost or damaged photo whether it is in the company's custody or in transit.
